i didn't go for countdown this year.. too lazy =x

i just don't feel like going...

i feel so lazy nowadays...

i spend my 2 weeks holiday doing nothing...

i didn't manage to finish my MP on the agreed date... sad =(

i must be more motivated to work...

it's my last semester... i must do well !!!!

isetan sales...

weeeee~! i JUST woke up from my beautiful sleep... but i'm still tired... =(

yesterday was the busiest day that i ever met during the 1 year of working with gingersnaps... =.=

yesterday.. isetan was having their private sales... specially for their isetan cardholders... and it was like.. OMGGGGG...

i went in at 10am and guess wad!!! the shopping center is already FULL =.=

Singaporean are soooo sick~! early in the morning choing for SALES... hurrrr...

most of the shops are having a 30% discount... hmmm... i saw topman having a 50% discount... *wow*

the Q for fitting room and cashier is sooooo long that u can't imagine... (maybe i'm too exaggerating... hahaha)

and this is wad i did yesterday for 10hours.....

i walked in and out for the storeroom for 38568392 times
i say thank you for 3948569692 times
i say sorry, excuse me for 7958378284959684873273757869795 times
i say sorry, the size that u want is out of stock for 918374625 times
i kept walking about for the 10 hours
i kept talking almost non stop for 10 hours...
i stand and kept my eyes close throughout the 1 hour train ride home...

i'm tired

oh !!!!!!!!!!! i remembered something!!! someone scolded me STUPID yesterday!!! humpf!!!

i was taking something from the shelve when a hanger accidentally drop and fall beside a little girl... i immediately apologised to her and bend down to pick it up... when i bend down... the little gal says.... stupiddddd...

*wth~!*

it was an accident can!!!! i didn't mean to drop that hanger on purpose leh... i have already apologised to u... why do u have to pass such comments! it was already a tiring day and this little girl had made my day worst =.=

i was so pissed off with her that i decided not to let her get what she wanted... hahaha... *evil me*

whatever size that she want.. i reply:

"out of stock.."

"no more"

"don't have"

so..... don't ever make me angry... or i will make u suffer... =p

some customers are super sickening la...

there are some customer who don't believe wad u say...

there are some customer who treat u like their maid... (rachael met a customer who say this to her: "bring me the bag" *in a rude tone* as if we are their slaves =.=)

Xmas countdown....

so we woke up at 2pm... meet our prof edwin goh aka driver of the day...

went to novena sq for kfc lunch and off to edwin kuah house to visit moca..... hehehehe....

saw this very special n nice voda at this house.... the limited edition "Absolut Disco".... super outstanding !!!! *bling bling*

cute moca.... moca grow bigger ler... hahahaha.... she likes to lick ppl when ever someone visit their house.... she lick my hands and leg.... awwww....

but she's super cute la!!! now she knows how to shake hand and do turns.... ^^

Back to rachael's house at 6pm and begin to prepare for the BBQ!!!

prawning

weeeee.... went prawning last nite with my angels, evelyn and huiting.... meet after my work on 11pm at lakeside MRT station... and we prawned overnight till 6am... hahahha... it was really a fun and interesting experience... but quite ex too... it was my first time going prawning....

prawning is more like.... 90% luck and 10% skills... lol... we didn't manage to catch as much as others did... but we really had fun there.... i was the 1st to catch a prawn... hehee... i was like.... "ahhhhh... got prawn got prawn liao.... ahhhh... help me" hahahahahaha.... no one really know how to take out the prawn from the hook... and the poor prawn was jumping up and down on the floor... hahaha... super funny...

a super nice guy came over and help us... =p thanks to you... if u are reading... (but i guess this will not happen)

at the end of the prawning session.. we get to BBQ those prawns that we caught... it was really YUMMY !!!! ^^

we used chicken heart and cockles as baits to catch those prawns... the ah neh uncle told us that they like chicken heart better.... (eeekkkk... the prawns are so sick) it look soooooooooooo disgusting... and by 4am... it started to smell so bad that we got to hold our breath when putting the baits on the hooks... =.=

the ugly realistic world

phew... just came home from work not long ago.... another tiring day...
work on projects till 4am last nite... and i have not finish it =(

sometimes, working in a group is really difficult....
sometimes, i really wish that all the projects are individual.... so that we will not have to obey what other ppl say and look at other ppl face.... LOL
i'm not talking about my MP group... so dun anyhow think !! i'm still in super good terms with my angels...

human beings are all ugly n selfish on the inside.... no matter how good u look on the outside... there's definitely an ugly n selfish side of u.... i admit... i'm selfish too... cos in this realistic world, we have to protect ourselves....

through all the jobs that i've worked before... i came to a conclusion that working world is cruel n VERY realistic. people may be nice n good to you... but u will nv know what's going on behind u... or when u are not around... i feel so much like a 2 headed snake when working... everyone is telling me different things about something or someone... duhhhh....

suddenly i don't wish to grow up... can i stay at my age forever ??? i see how one person who seems to be good friends with someone turn into another person when that someone is not around... =.= she started to say bad things about her when that someone isn't around... and this makes me worry... ppl who seems to be ok with me.... are they doing the same thing behind me? did anyone dislike me now??? =/

from young till now... i always had this thinking of everyone dislike me... hahahaha....
when i msg u and u dun reply... i will be thinking if i had said something wrg...
even when nth happends, i will still think that the whole world is laughing at me... or the whole world dislike me.... (but this problem has not been so serious recently.... so dun worry)

i guess....maybe i'm thinking too much...
maybe i'm abnormal....
or maybe... i jus need more attention... teehee...

"cheated" course....

did i ever mention in this blog that i'm attending a course these few days??? it's the UP your service course by "Ron Kaufman"...

upon hearing from my lecturer that the course cost only $20 if we take it now if not it would cost us up to $200 if we take it outside, my angels n i decided to sign up for it.... Thinking that.... wah... not bad huh!!! by Ron Kaufman leh!!!

BUT !!!! WE GOT CHEATED !!!!!

kinda cheated la... hahahaha.....

yes... the course was taught by him.... but not in person!! it's through video !!!!!!!!!!! omg... no wonder it cost only $20... =.= duhhh...

but anyway... i did learn a lot of the course... although it's kinda boring... lol
today's session.. our facilitator brought in lots of snacks for us... i guess she wants to make us fat!!! hahahahaha... ok la... i shall not be so mean... she's nice n sweet to bring in food for us to keep us awake... lol...

this is my group's table... hmmm.... see all the clappers on the table?? everyone were happily playing with it throughout the course.... and not forgetting to mention how our facilitator actually arranged the chocolates nicely on the table for us... hahaha....

ok... as u can see... there's some "les" action going on during the course... hahahaha..... and right infront... u can see "Ron Kaufman" talking to us....

Fish spa =D

weeee.... went to fish spa yesterday with my angels ^^
it was super duper fun!!! like they say... it's very additive.... hahaha... i keep thinking of fish spa right now... i wanna do it AGAIN!!!!
while eating lunch, we decided to go again before Chinese new year.... and this time would be with moreeee ppl.... hehehehehe....

it cost only $13 for a 30min fish spa...
this is what to expect for the trip.....

you will take a super duper old lift.... which i have nv ever seen it before in my life... hahaha... actually u can just take the stairs cos it's only at the 2nd floor... but the lift looks fun... so we took the lift instead... =p the lift door actually open from bottom to top.. (upwards) and after this green colour door open... there's actually another "layer" of door inside... hahahaha... remember to take this lift if u go... when the 3 of us saw this lift... all of us took out our phone and start snaping pictures of it.... as if the lift is a superstar... LOL

when u reach the shop... pls take off ur shoes and enter into a relaxing "world".... the design n furnishing of the shop is so nice that it makes u feel relax... =))

wash ur legs before the spa starts.... (this is to prevent the fishes to swim upside-down after u finish the spa...) =D

and tadah............... u can now dip ur leg into the pond full of fishes and enjoy the relaxing foot spa ^^

initially... u will have to get lotssssss of courage to put both ur legs into the pond... hahaha... my dear mic took almost 10mins to dip both her legs in... (but in the end she enjoyed it most)

hahahaha.... the feeling is ticklish... i kept laughing through the 30min... =p

These fishes are small little chaps that nibble on your dead skin cells by scrapping their tiny mouths against your skin, sort of like exfoliation, the natural way. The only side effect of this is Laughter and Beauty in the native form. The assistance told us that they wanted to introduce a whole body one in singapore but they don't think singaporean could take it.... hahahaha...

MacRitchie Run

weeeee !!!!! after one whole week of stress n exams..... it's time to relax abit... *in a healthy way*

so we went MacRitchie reservoir for a run/walk.... hehehe....

so.... everyone meet at MacRitchie at 9am sharp!!! and today's team consist of........

*drumroll.....*

tadah !!!!!!!!!!! ( -.- ) lol...

rach's sis, mic, mE& rach

we are suppose to run... but dunno why end up taking pictures... hahaha

hmmm.... after some running.. we went into the "forest" for an exciting walk... hahahaha.... it's REALLY very exciting indeed... lol.. the pictures will show u why.....

we choose the shorter path today... which is about 2.4km due to insufficient time.... we are aiming for that 4.2km path which would led us to HSBC tree top on the next visit =)
sooooo.... 4 of us went into the ulu path not knowing what to expect in the later part of the walk......

this was what that run through my mind..... "dear trees... if i didn't manage to walk out of here... pls tell my mummy n daddy that i love them... oh.. and not forgetting all my friends" hahahahaha....

after 5min of walk into the ulu forest....................... the big patches of mug welcome us =.=

i guess this was the after effect of heavy rains these few days ba... streams of water kept flowing downwards... and it makes me think of those olden days where "zhu ba jie" n guys go west side dig gold ?!?!?!

they will also show such water flowing from the top... and they call it "quan shui"...

so i gave a crazy idea of using ur hands to drink those water if they are feeling thristy... hahaha.... (ofcos... no one will ever listen) lol

at the end of the 2.4km walk..... we saw an ulu fitness corner... i guess only the monkeys will use it ba... =p

it's super dirty...

completed the whole "journey" within 2hrs.....

went to rach house to wash up... n lunch @ TPY before heading home....

conclusion of today's activity..... super tiring... but fun... teeheee ^^

oh!!!! and not forgetting something impt !!!!!!!!!

i finally got my sentosa islander card today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hehehehe....

awww.... deep eye bag n dark circles =(

it's "holiday" week !!!!!!!!!!

weeeeeeeeeeeeee !!!! exams are finally over... 2 weeks "break" finally arrive... teehee.... ^^
there's so so sooooo much to do during this 2 week break..... endless of projects and assignment.... and not forgetting the MOST impt FYP.... hurrr...
went to town with my angels today.... shop till we drop... hahahahha... from vivo to orchard... managed to buy 2 tees today!!!! heheehe.... actually there's MOREEEEEEEEE.... but wallet dun allow.... hahahhaa.... saw a super nice jacket/cardigan at GAP... but both cost almost $80 =(
any kind soul would like to sponsor me???? hahahha... $10 000 would be enff =D

A professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it and a cover over it.
He held it up for all to see; asked the students,' How much do you think this glass weighs?

I really don't know unless I weigh it,' said the professor, 'but, my question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?
''Nothing' the students said.'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour? ' the professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the students.
'You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?
''Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress or even paralysis, have to go to hospital for sure!' ventured another student; all the students laughed.
'Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change? ' asked The professor.
'No' the students said.Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?
'The students were puzzled.'Put the glass down!' said one of the students.
'Exactly!' said the professor.
' Life's problems are something like this. 'Hold it for a few minutes in your head; they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time they begin to ache. Hold it even longer they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges (problems) in your life, but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT to 'put them down' at the end of every day before you go to sleep.
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh strong can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

got this email from one of my friend teresa... and i find it rather interesting... it makes me laugh for awhile... hahahaha....

The Good Husband

Jack wakes up with a huge hangover after attending his
company's
Christmas Party. Jack is not normally a drinker, but
the drinks didn't
taste like alcohol at all. He didn't even remember how
he got home from the party.
As bad as he was feeling, he wondered if he did
something wrong.

Jack had to force himself to open his eyes, and the
first thing he sees
is a couple of aspirins next to a glass of water on
the side table. And,
next to them, a single red rose! Jack sits up and sees
his clothing in front
of him, all clean and pressed. He looks around the
room and sees that
it is in perfect order, spotlessly clean. So is the
rest of the house. He
takes the aspirins, cringes when he sees a huge black
eye staring back
at him in the bathroom mirror. Then he notices a note
hanging on the corner of the
mirror written in red with little hearts on it and a
kiss mark from his wife in
lipstick:

"Honey, breakfast is on the stove, I left early to get
groceries to make
you your favorite dinner tonight. I love you, darling!
Love, Jillian"

He stumbles to the kitchen and sure enough, there is
hot breakfast,
steaming hot coffee and the morning newspaper. His son
is also at the
table, eating.

Jack asks, "Son... What happened last night?" "Well,
you came home after
3 A.M., drunk and out of your mind. You fell over the
coffee table and
broke it, and then you puked in the hallway, and got
that black eye when you
ran into the door.

Confused, he asked his son, "So, why is everything in
such perfect order
and so clean? I have a rose, and breakfast is on the
table waiting for
me??"

His son replies, "Oh THAT!... Mom dragged you to the
bedroom, and when
she tried to take your pants off, you screamed, "Leave
me alone, I'm
married!!"

wad's happening today huh? why i got so much blog post in just one day =.=
blog addicted ? hahahaha....

while reading someone blog.... i chanced upon this particular entry...
and I'm going to share it with everyone here....

2 Guy walks up to you and tries to befriend you and asks you on a date.

Guy A:
Hair: Messy, oily. Looks like just woke up kinda look.
Hands and feet: Long nails with black grim in them and super duper dry and chapped
Clothes: Total mismatch for color and style. Like beige (maybe too old), stained singlet with tattered Bermudas, not those kind that were deliberately tattered kind, you know what I mean.
Face: Oily and super shiny, uneven stubble
Body: Flabby aka FAT

Guy B:
Hair: Well cut and carefully styled
Hands and feet: Clean, neat, short nails. Smooth shiny skin
Clothes: Well matched and for the occasion. Like nice cleaned T-shirt or shirt with jeans and stuff like that
Face: Clean and well shaven
Body: NOT flabby or fat

So who will you choose?

Verdict:For me, I will choose GUY B. Yes yes I'm superficial but who is not?! Well, if you chose GUY A then all I can say is good luck to you and I wish you all the happiness you can possibly get.Some people say you cannot judge a person by their looks but look at their heart and love them for who they are inside.For goodness sake....!!!! How do you even get to know a person or his heart even if he repulses you even before you know him ?!!!

Logical isn't it? If a guy does not even bother to look good for himself and love himself, do you even think he will give a damn about you? Humans are selfish, it's only natural instinct that they love themselves more than anyone else. So how can someone know how to love and care for you when they are not even apt to love and care for themselves?!

Maybe many people may rebuke me or say I'm superficial and materialistic but to be truthful, I do not lie to myself, I love myself to death and that's why I know how to love someone and pamper them, just like how I dote on myself.

So lastly to sum up after such a long long post,Girls, those who like boys, men. Choose a guy who knows how to love themselves but still love you more than themselves.

Guys, do not complain about not having girlfriends. Make the girls swoon at your feet. Do something about how you look. First impression counts. Another personal piece of suggestion: Be well dressed and DO NOT come up with some cheesy, corny pickup lines, just walk straight ahead to the girl and talk to her.

i totally agree with what she says.... if you don't know how to love and take good care of yourself... you wouldn't be able to take good care of others!!!

have you heard of "Fish Spa" ???? the kind that you dip ur leg into a pond full of fishes and the fishes would eat up all your dead skins..... hahahaha.....
while reading xiaxue's latest post regarding fish spa.... i got really keen to try it out!!! hahahaha... rachael, my angel, appear online at that point of time and i quickly msn her regarding it.... and.......... TADAHHHHH... we are going during the term break at 19 Dec.... hehehehe..... stay tuned for updates n photo regarding that!!!

Phew... it's going to be a busy busy week from today onwards.... assignments, major project, meetings, term test, working, upcoming courses, amazing race............. bla bla blaaaaaaaaaaaa....
it's all filling up my life... and i shouldn't have agreed to work on sunday... next week will be the term test week ler =.= gonna chiong tonight liao =(

jus came home from work, and i came to a conclusion... kids nowadays are VERY realistic n materialistic..... i overheard this conversation between a kid n her mum jus now...

mum: hey, look... this skirt is nice....
kid: hmm... yah...
*kid look at the price
kid: eeekkkk... $16.90 only.... not branded one... i don't want...
mum: *speechless*

omg !!!!! when i was a kid... i wear those that are 3 for $10 de lor.... the world has really changed!!!!

and i think.............. i'm really falling in love with sports.... hehehehe.....
i got so much i wanna do now !!!

went for a little shopping session with my angel just now after class... we are definitely on a shopping mood today!! each of us bought something... hehe...
i finally brought my fav Adidas top with a 30% discount and a necklace from chomel... love both of them lots... hehe...

we went ard trying on tops as both of us are clothes deprived... hahaha... my angel manage to buy a yellow top...

and... this is the top that i try... i feel a little weird in it... so i decided not to buy... wad u guys think?

and.... i lost my fav water bottle just now ='(

Dear water bottle,
i miss you so much... u're the reason for me to drink at least a bottle of water everyday... without u, there isn't a reason for me to do so =(
when u first came into my life a few months back, u came together with a msg asking me to drink more water... but now, you are gone....
