oh ohhh.... haven't been updating blog for 1 week ler =p
the past 6 days was a busy busy busyyyyyyyy week...
late nite sleep...
due dates...
quiz...
and lots of assignments.... =(
lucky ND quiz was postponed to next wed!!!
had some time to relax and shop around yesterday =))
a shopping attempt to help someone makeover... hehe....

and as usual.......... Friday lab.... "beggar's meal lab" =p
this week.. we did healthy meals for cardiovascular disease patient...
baked pasta with chesse...

the red one is baked pasta with tomato based sauce...
